Radicals

Introduction to Subtracting Radicals
Radicals and exponents are undoing of each other. Example 8 squared is 64 and radical 64 is 8.
Radical sign is denoted by "√ " and read as root .If there is no number above the radical sign , it is read as square root . Otherwise if it is n√ it is read as nth root.

Introduction to multiply radicals
The opposite operation to the exponent is known as radical. A radical is an expression which contains the square roots, cube roots etc. For example the expression √100 can also be called as square root of 100 or root of 100. Radicals have the same property of the numbers. The simplification is to reduce the numbers and reduce the power of variables inside the roots. By multiplying the radical with another radical, The radical symbol will gets canceled.

Introduction on Dividing radicals
In dividing the radicals, first divide the numbers outside the radical and then divide the numbers inside the radical and finally rationalize the denominator so that there is no radical in the denominator.
