Question on Finding Values of a Variable in an Equation
Topic : Solve for the value of K
Question :
If 5(K- 4) = 4 - 3K , Find the Value of K
Solution :
5(K-4) = 4 – 3K
Open the parenthesis,
=> 5K – 20 = 4 - 3K
Subtracting 3K on both sides,
8K = 24 (divide both sides by 8)
8K/8=24/8
Therefore K=3
