Instrument to Measure Height

The perpendicular space between the top and bottom is called as height. We can measure the height by the help of some instruments. The instruments scale, compass, tape and etc are used to measure the height. Normally height is measured by m, mm, cm, ft and sft units. Let us see an instrument to measure height in this article.

Some of the measurement conversion of height:

We can convert the height measurement from one unit to other unit.

1 m equal to 100 cm
1 m equal to 1000 mm
1 m equal to 3.28 ft
1 cm equal to 10 mm
1 cm equal to 0.0328 ft
1 mm equal to 0.00328 ft

Generally scale is used to measure the height of an object or thing or entity. Usually humans and animals heights are represented by cm and ft.
