Measurements

Looking out for more help on The Five Number Summary in algebra by visiting listed websites.

All trigonometrical computations require measurement of angles and computation of some trigonometrical function. The modern trigonometrical functions are sine, cosine, tangent, and their reciprocals .Trigonometry, of course, depends on geometry. Its a branch of Geometry with wider scope. Trigonometry developed from the study of right-angled triangles by applying their relations of sides and angles to the study of similar triangles. Computational trigonometry could only begin after the construction of a good trigonometric  table.

Trigonometric  works by defining different types of measurements that can be taken on a given angle within a triangle.  These measurements are:

sine

cosine
cos

tangent
tan

cosecant

secant

cotangent

In order to define each of these types of measurements, we need to describe right triangles.  A right triangle is a triangle which has one 90-degree angle, two short sides called 'legs' and a long side called the 'hypotenuse'.

My forthcoming post is on Second Partial Derivative Test and Indirect Proportion will give you more understanding about Algebra.
