To solve prime numbers:
To solve the prime numbers we have to divide any one number by two. If it is divisible by 2 means that is not a prime number. Unless it is called as prime number. Solving prime numbers up to two digit means it is easy. But more than two digits are just difficult. Here we will see how to solve the prime numbers.
For example:
Assume if 181 is prime number.
Step 1:
Find the Square root for 181 = 13.45
Now round up the decimal 13.45 to the nearest big whole number. We can write it 13.45 as 14.
Step 2:
Then find out the Prime Numbers below 14. The factors up to 14 are 2, 3, 5, 7, 11 and 13.
Step 3:
The given number 181 is not divisible by 2, 3, 5, 7, 11 and 13.
So the number 181 is called as prime number.
181 is divisible by 1 and itself only so it is prime number.
Example problems for solve prime number:
Problem 1:
Solve the number 53 is prime or not?
Solution:
The given number 53 is a prime number. The number 53 is divisible by one and itself only. So the number 53 is considered as a prime number.
Problem 2:
Solve the number 223 is prime or not?
Solution;
The number 223 has two factors only. That is one and itself only. So it is considered as a prime number.
Problem 3:
Solve the number 39 to prime number or not?
Solution:
The getting number 39 holds two or more factors. Which are 1, 6, 13, 39. So we cannot say the given number is prime number.
Problem 4:
Solve the number 434 to find prime or not?
Solution;
The getting number 434 holds more than two factors. Which are 1, 2, 7, 31, 217, 434. So we cannot consider the number 434 as a prime number.
Problem: 5
Solve the number 638 is prime or not?
Solution:
The getting number is 638 divided by two and then more factors. Those factors are 1, 2, 11, 29, 319 and 638. So that number 638 is not a prime number.
